Did you know it’s Teacher Appreciation Week? Although yesterday was the official day, we celebrate our amazing teachers all week long! Please join me in thanking our teachers for all they do for the students in RSU 64!

Hello Again! Due to some unforeseen circumstances in technology, we will need to move Plan B which means we will not be able to Livestream our Spring Concerts... We couldn't believe all the wonderful decades and centuries we got to travel through yesterday with "Walk Through History Wednesday." Time to get your camouflage out as we go "Through the Forest on Thursday." Will we be able to see you tomorrow or will you be blending in?

Yesterday, CCES students and staff kicked off our Read-A-Thon with an in-person assembly. There was so much excitement! We were able to learn about our Read-A-Thon, watch an amazing video (which the students LOVED) from our staff, watch a reenactment of a book from four of our great teachers, listen to a read aloud from Mrs. Carr, and meet and greet a very special guest, Cat in the Hat! Great job wearing your tie-dye colors today CCES! You might need some help with this one... let's take "A Walk Through History" on Wednesday. Choose any decade throughout history and dress as they did. We're excited to see how far back in time we travel tomorrow.

Wow, it was great to see all those colors today! Time to mix them up a little and get our "Tie-Dye Tuesday" on. Get out your best tie-dye shirt, pants, scrunchie, or socks and wear them proudly tomorrow. We can't wait to see all those bursts of color.

Do you ever have to be in the mood to wear something? Well, tomorrow is your day! "My Mood Monday" is here! Remember to wear the color that matches your mood or personality tomorrow. We're excited to see what color you choose.

Mark your calendars! It's the first day of Spring Break and the first thing you should do is go to UNOs! On April 18th, UNOs in Bangor is sponsoring, a "Dough Raiser" to help support our CCES community through our PTO. See the attached flyer to learn more! We have tickets in our main office so stop by and grab some.

The 4th Grade Wax Museum opens at 1:15pm to families. Come and enjoy as these "Famous Mainers" come to life. We are looking forward to seeing lots of 4th grade family members at this event!
