Section 504

It is the policy of RSU No. 64 not to discriminate on the basis of a handicapping condition as required under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 in the admission of students to programs or any educational services.  Any person who has, or had, or is regarded or was regarded as having, a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of a person’s major life activities will not be excluded from participation, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity sponsored by the board of directors solely by reason of a his or her handicapping condition.  The Coordinator for 504 activities is Riley Donovan and can be reached at P.O.
